Goyenchem-106 provides excellent binding affinity of hydrophilic group with dyestuff and fluorescents which can be applied through dipping or padding.
Goyenchem-106 can be applied on weaving, knitting fabric, wool, cotton, PE and PA in the post processing with its excellent compatibility with cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries that can be dealt with softener or other auxiliaries.
1.Goyenchem-106 can be applied in either dipping process or padding operation, in order to provide great combination with the hydrophilic group of polyester fibers.

The recommended dosage is 2-5% o.w.f, but adjustable according to the type of fabric and final usage.
Dipping───Suggested dosage of Goyenchem-106 is 3~5%
1. Mix Goyenchem-106 with water and keep it at well stirring condition.
2. Dip fabric with the liquid (bath ratio 1:10 @60℃for 30~40 minutes)
3. Draining
4. Drying @ 120℃
Padding───Suggested dosage of Goyenchem-106 is 20~50g/L
1. Mix Goyenchem-106 with water abs keep it at well stirring condition.
2. Bleach and dye the fabric.
3. Pad with the liquid (expression: 60~80%)
4. Drying (80~100℃)
5. Stentering (140~150℃for 30 seconds
Temperature
- Should be lower than 170℃when processing.
- Should be kept in cool warehouse above 0℃.
PH Value
- Around 4.5-5.5
- Provide highly stabilization under neutral or acidic condition
- Avoid alkali or anionic surfactant to ensure its antimicrobial effect.
Other auxiliaries
- Avoid anionic and alkaline compound in the same bath
- Use simultaneously with non-ionic or cationic instead of dyestuff and fluorescent.
