GY-LA is the anti-foaming agent of Silicon series, with good effects on the pre-mixing process of bubble-suppressing and the producing process of bubble-breaking, it is also good for re-coating.
* Anti-foaming ability for PU in high surface coating for two liquid type
* In dry prescriptions, it can prevent producing bubbles and remove bubbles rapidly
* In the solvent system, it can prevent bubbles generated by mechanical force when mixing
* Reduce defects such as fish eyes, pinholes and craters.
* Compatible with most solvent-based coating systems
1. All kinds of solvent-based paint
2. Prevent bubbles when mixing with different ester resin
3. Avoid bubbles during treatment process of fluorine leather water repellent
4. Improve the bubbles generated by adding lots of Filler
5. Work as high solid content defoamer
⊙ For general defoaming, 0.1 – 0.7% dosage is preferred
⊙ Well-mixing is required
⊙ For high defoaming, 0.5 – 1% dosage is suggested
